As a pricing response to COVID-19 we have lowered our Funding File Fee.

In Full Disclosure The Funding Zone requires a $199 File Fee, (3 submissions per fee), to submitt funding packages to our portfolio of funders.

We do your shopping, you have one point of contact, for this service, there is a flat fee.


This is a non refundable, non negotiable line item and does not guarantee funding.

It does however guarantee that we will shop your deals to at least three (3) companies/groups/lenders for funding, and we do not even start this process if do not believe we can fund your deals.


The Funding Zone also requires that our Fee Agreement Sheet is signed for our compensation in delivering funding solutions

to our clients, which is due at the closing/settlement of the funding process.  This fee will be discussed in detail prior to any client signing and or agreeing to the payment terms for the services of The Funding Zone.

Also Note: Merchant Card Services are also now available via PayJunction featuring the World Class Trinity System.

The Funding Zone is now offering several areas of funding solutions and are pround to announce our partnership with Tan-Jent Insurance  who will be able to offer our clients their portfolio of Insurance products and service including Property & Casualty Lines by the end of Quarter 3 2020.


Having access to all types of business credit lines including Merchant Card Services will enable our clients to have the ability to obtain the funding they require for their personal & or business needs as well as the insurances they need to mitigate life's risk for their families & or businesses future.  

JV, Syndication and or Bond Funding via 144A structures maybe available as well.

Closing Timeline – as little as 75 to 90 days.  Low Underwriting Fees, Flexible Re-Payment Term 15 years Fixed at 3.75% interest with No Prepayment Penalty. 


Alternative Funding:

Real Estate Development or Non Real Estate such as Technology, Pharmaceutical, Major Business Acquisitions & Expansion.  Highlighted International Territories: Canada, Most of Europe, South America, USA & more.  Amount: Min $10,000,000.00 - $1,000,000,000.00 (NO CAP)

Working Capital/ Short Term Business Loans/Equipment Leasing/SBA Loans.  Real Estate used in Asset Based Funding maybe a viable option for some lending opportunities given the project/real estate earns income.  Receivables via Inventory loans are excellent for contracting type of businesses whereby you are awarded a contract & now, you must have the funds needed to the fullfill the job.

Authorized Agents for RCN Capital/Lending Home/Visio Lending/Lending One/Spectrum Funding and more. Each will provide funding for Qualified Investors who Fix and Flip, Fix and Rent, and or those who need short term funding via Bridge Loans, No Credit Check Rehab.  These funds are for Non Owner Occupied properties and is available 1 - 20 Units.
